CONSTITUTIVE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
On September 26, 2023, the African Confederation of Electronic Sports (CASE) was founded during a constitutive general assembly in Dakar.
Our continental organization was created following authorization from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Sports of the Republic of Senegal (REFS: No. 000598 MS/SG/DSHN/SP of July 5, 2023).
This authorization was followed by an invitation sent by the Senegalese Federation of Electronic Games and Immersive Sports, via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Senegal, to the diplomatic representations accredited in Senegal. This invitation concerned the constitutive general assembly, in which the delegations of African countries mandated by their respective States participated.
In short, CASE is the official African body, in legal compliance, composed of members duly mandated in the eSport discipline, represented by federations and/or legal associations having obtained a mandate to represent their respective countries.
